We are hiring solo OTR drivers to run temperature-controlled freight across our regular lanes. Most loads are drop-and-hook out of grocery and food-service distribution centers, with two to three stops per trip. Schedule: you run two to three weeks out and take your reset at home. Dispatch plans your route before you roll, and you have one dedicated fleet manager rather than a call queue. Equipment: late-model automatic tractors, assigned to you and governed for fuel economy. Reefer trailers are maintained in-house and pre-cooled before pickup. APU, inverter, and fridge included. What we expect: clean temperature logs, on-time appointments, accurate ELD records, and communication with dispatch when plans change.
