Your free outreach period begins automatically when you create a fleet account. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. After 3 months, new contact unlocks cost 20 credits each. Contacts unlocked during the free period and existing conversations remain accessible while the driver account and information are available.

No. Applications share your qualifications and introduction. Phone and email remain gated. Avoid typing private contact information into your application note.

No. CDL qualifications, experience, endorsements, company identifiers, and job information are supplied by members.

Each account has one role. Sign in to your existing driver or fleet account; account types cannot be switched.

Credits are added after payment is confirmed. Check payment status in billing; you do not need to buy again while payment is pending. Buying credits does not unlock a driver. Return to the driver and confirm the credit spend separately.

Set your availability to Not looking or save your profile as a hidden draft. You can block an existing conversation from its header.
